Electrophysical and electrochemical machining is the most important activity for any technically advanced country whose leadership understands the importance of development of new promising technologies and expansion of markets for products of domestic manufacturers. Russian Federation in 2012 adopted a federal target program "National Technological Base". One of the subprograms orders "To develop the domestic machine tool and tool industry." Within its framework the next 20 years is planned to allocate more than 50 billion roubles for research, development and creation of new models of high-precision and high-tech Russian machines

At this day plant is mostly supported by internal reserves of the enterprise, due to the attraction of external funding, as well as due to close cooperation with scientific organizations. Created in 1977 specialized design bureau «СКБ» of the plant, successfully copes with all tasks of designing a modern and advanced equipment, without yielding to world-known analogues. Today’s team of the bureau is represented by 20 experienced circuit, software and design engineers. Bureau has developed, manufactured and supplied to the customer prototypes and serial samples of equipment purposed for electrophysical processing of heat-resistant and hard alloys, electrochemical machines and installations, kits of electrical equipment for the modernization of EDM machines, installations for electro-spark alloying and magnetic pulse hardening units. Technical solutions, that are used in manufactured machines equipment by our plant, are patented in Republic of Moldova and in Russian Federation.
