The TOPAZ enterprise

The TOPAZ enterprise, possesses powerful intellectual and production potential. It is the developer and the supplier of the difficult electronic equipment used in production of electronic regulators for aviation engines and other automatically controled systems. That includes various production complexes for bilateral electrochemical processing of shovels of engines and gas-turbine installations. Besides, we have mastered production of the multilayered flexible, rigid printed-circuit boards, which were especially demanded in modern conditions of microminiaturization and general application of nanotechnologies.  

Today our enterprise serially releases electrochemical machines EHS-5000 and industrial equipment for them, designed for accurate bilateral processing of blades for average and small size gas-turbine engines. Also, the electrochemical complex EHK-LGTU designed for processing of blades of gas-turbine installations by the area of 640 cm2 is made

The surfaces processed in the electrochemical way, have no defective layer, residual tensions or microcracks. Consequently, durability of the detail increases and there is no deterioration of EI. The EHRO process combines performance of finishing operation with high quality, and accuracy of the manufacturing. As a result, there is no need of doing any finishing operations, and manufacturing time decreases twenty times

The generators of the technological current, used in our equipment - have modular build from 8 kW to 2 MWt and more. They are highly demanded on the modern market since their application is not limited to only electrochemical complexes. They also can be used for gas-turbine mechanical engineering, namely generators of seismic fluctuations, magnetic bearings and suspension, powerful welding generators for repair of blisks and blings, nondestructive control of large billets from dificultly processed materials, powerful sources of big currents for scientific experiments in the field of nuclear researches, protection of oil and gas pipelines of big extent by means of powerful electric fields

On the basis of our company was established scientific and technological cluster "ELCHIM-MOLDOVA". The cluster includes

The plant has a laboratory of electro-physical processing methods, and is constantly equipping it with new gear for development of innovative technologies.

Since 1961, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova has created a school of Electrophysical processing methods under the guidance of Professor BR Lazarenko.

The result of work in this direction - discoveries in the field of electrical discharge and spark machining, the publication of numerous scientific articles and books, education of an entire generation of world-renowned. The "TOPAZ" enterprise, possesses powerful intellectual and production potential. Our factory is actively cooperating with the relevant specialists, and a number of jobs are performed under their guidance or their direct participation.

The company operates a teaching and methodical center for the purpose of personnel training, professional development, maintenance of practice for instrumentation, mechanical engineering, and power electronics.

Students and young professionals have the opportunity to acquire practical skills directly in the production machine shop, electronic equipment production shop floor, PCB area, and test laboratories.
